Goethe was so kind as to say that Leipzig was his little Paris. At that time it was really small and the huge building programme of the 1870-1910 period wasn't "even a spark in a window-display". However this house on the corner of Südplatz really reminds me of the big Paris.
Very interesting architecture. It's amazing what architects can design for these narrow corner lots.
